1. About Eazy4

Eazy4 is a tourist visa assistance service operated from India. We help individuals navigate the tourist visa application process for the United States, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. Eazy4 is not a government body, embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. We do not decide visa outcomes.

2. Scope of Service

Eazy4 assists with document preparation, application guidance, slot coordination, and case tracking for tourist visa applications. Our service is limited to preparation and coordination support. Final eligibility, approval, and travel entry decisions remain exclusively with the relevant government authority, embassy, or consulate.

Using Eazy4 does not guarantee a visa interview appointment, visa approval, or permission to enter any country.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents when using Eazy4.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted to embassies or immigration authorities.
  • You must respond to document or information requests promptly to avoid case delays.
  • You must verify all final requirements, fees, and timelines with the relevant embassy or consulate before submission.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use Eazy4 independently. Minors require a parent or guardian to manage their case.

4. Fees and Payment

Eazy4 charges a service fee for assistance and coordination. This fee is separate from government-mandated visa fees, biometrics fees, VAC fees, and any other third-party charges.

Government fees are subject to change by the issuing authority without notice. INR-equivalent figures shown on the Eazy4 website are indicative only and may vary based on current exchange rates and payment method.

Eazy4 service fees are confirmed at the time of quote acceptance and communicated clearly before payment is requested.

5. Refund and Cancellation

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service completed at the time of the cancellation request. Once document review, application preparation, or slot coordination work has begun, the applicable portion of the service fee may not be refundable.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@eazy4.com.
  • Government fees, biometrics fees, and third-party charges are non-refundable once submitted on your behalf.
  • For the USA expedited appointment plan: if no faster slot is secured within 30 days of case activation, the case is automatically downgraded to the standard plan and the fee difference is refunded within 7 working days.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.

6. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

Eazy4 does not guarantee visa approval, interview outcomes, or entry into any country. Visa decisions are made exclusively by the issuing embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. Eazy4 has no influence over these decisions.

A well-prepared application supported by Eazy4 does not guarantee a positive outcome. Eazy4 service fees are charged for preparation and coordination work regardless of the visa decision, unless a specific written guarantee is stated in your service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eazy4 is not liable for visa rejections, delays, missed travel dates, costs incurred due to application outcomes, or any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Eazy4's total liability in any case is limited to the Eazy4 service fee paid by the customer for the specific case in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Eazy4 website, including text, guides, pricing information, and design, is the property of Eazy4. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the site without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Eazy4 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

10. Updates to These Terms

Eazy4 may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms are effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
