Documents: Passport copies, photographs, bank statements, employment letters, and other supporting documents required for visa applications.
Payment information: Transaction references only. Eazy4 does not store full card numbers. Payments are processed via Razorpay, subject to their own privacy policy.

We also collect usage data automatically when you visit the Eazy4 website, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This data is used for analytics and security purposes only.

2. How We Use Your Information

To prepare, review, and coordinate your visa application.
To communicate with you about your case status, document requests, and next steps.

Payment processors: Razorpay processes payments. Your financial data is governed by Razorpay's privacy policy.
Service providers: We use limited third-party services for communication and infrastructure. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
